Managed multi-million dollar programs, budgets and diverse cross-organizational teams, with demonstrated success delivering measurable results in highly complex, demanding, fast-paced technical business environments. Held senior positions in strategy development, corporate marketing and communications, sales and sales management, relationship management, program management, and classroom instruction.
Over 8 years as a business consultant and leadership coach working in private practice. Clients include leaders in Fortune 500 firms, as well as small-medium business owners, who wanted to improve their leadership capacity, communication and collaboration skills, relationship and team building skills, and to manage conflict.
